phil kincaid
Phil launched his company in Gastonia in 2007. While his experience is largely in the custom home market, his beginnings were custom woodworking; specializing in Interior Trim, Framing and Staircases. He is sincerely committed to continuing education and maintaining up to date knowledge.
Phil personally meets with clients throughout the project. In addition, he visits and inspects all homes as they progress, following behind the Construction Manager responsible for the day to day activity at the site.
Phil lives in Belmont with his wife, Emily, and two daughters, Cambrie and Channing.
